  1. I was able to do yoga and enjoyed it when I was younger. I have herniated discs and sciatica,which is very painful. I was bitten by a DEER TICK and have trouble walking.l also said had a stoke 3 years ago,thank GOD I did not suffer any peralisis,all in all I feel blessed. I am going to do these excercises faithfully as the arthritis makes it painful to get around. Thank you for offering this for us old folks

  2. This was wonderful, I use to do simple Yoga but after three knee replacements and a shoulder replacement I have not been able to do it, till today. Thank you I will tune in everyday.
